She was an extraordinary sales associate, frequently earning awards and accolades from her grateful employers. During World War II, Malvine met a tall, handsome GI at the Crystal Beach Friday Night Dances, popular with the young people of Lorain and the soldiers of nearby Port Clinton Army Base.  Married on January 7, 1943, Malvine and husband, Simeon Cadwallader had a long and loving marriage that spanned 65 years, ending with Simeon's death in 2008. The two were the proud parents of two daughters, Patricia Parks (Chuck Gentile) and Nancy Johnson (Robert Johnson), and the very proud grandparents of Allison and Amy Parks and Matthew Johnson (Julia Mazzoleni), all of whom survive her.  In addition to her husband, Malvine was preceded in death by her parents, Matteo and Angelina Mannarelli and her brother, Gaetano Mannarelli.
